Being born and raised in Colorado. After graduating from college, I knew I loved to help others but was unsure of the direct path I wanted to take. When I started my real estate career in 1994, I knew that I had found a way to help people and their families.
In 2018, Ann wrote her own book to help people even more. She gives the basics of real estate, for both buyers and sellers, and describes different business models that affect the service real estate customers receive. She tells stories about incidents that have added a touch of spice to her business.

We were no longer slaves to renting. We had the freedom to decorate however we wanted. We were able to get two dogs without getting permission or paying a damage deposit. Nothing can replace the feeling of owning a home; but, before we could enjoy this we had to overcome the circumstances of home prices rising faster than our incomes.
One thing we lacked at that time was knowledge. You’ve heard it said, “knowledge is power,” and it is.
As a Realtor, I want to take that overwhelming feeling away by making you feel comfortable, informed, educated, and empowered so you can make decisions with peace of mind. There are many programs available that can be tailored to your unique needs.
