Hi, I’m Ann Taddeo, a Colorado native who lives in Brighton. I have 3 great kids, a wonderful husband, and our four legged family members. We put a high premium on our community and home state, and we love living here. It’s this dedication and belief in our community that got me started in real estate. After focusing on social work in college, I realized one of the most effective ways I could help those around me was to help them fulfill their dreams of becoming homeowners.

In 1994, I became a REALTOR® after some bad experiences buying and selling homes. I knew there had to be a better way. One making homebuyers and sellers more like my partners, rather than just my clients. With a background in social work, I’ve always wanted to help people. Through real estate, I’ve found the best way to achieve that. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people buy their dream homes, or realize the best possible price when selling their home.

I provide service on steroids. What this means is I will do what it takes (no matter how long it takes) to ensure my clients are satisfied. I will never give up. It doesn’t matter if I’m selling a $150,000 home or one worth $1 million; if you’re a seasoned real estate consumer or a first-time buyer; or what state the real estate market is in; whatever obstacles arise, we’ll overcome them together.

I stay up-to-date on what’s happening in the housing market, and I know the strategies to employ for various each of the market types.

I especially love working with first-time buyers. Putting somebody into their first home is one of the true pleasures of this profession. I’ll demystify the buying process and carefully explain every step, starting with helping you determine the amount you can afford to pay; and ending at the closing table, where you’ll sign the papers making you a proud homeowner. In between, I’ll put my knowledge of the local real estate market to work to find you the best possible value for your money.

I also have many clients who are experienced real estate consumers, including investors. For those of you with a little more knowledge in this realm, I’ll run the numbers and help you make a buying, or selling, decision that makes good financial sense.

As always, no matter whom I’m working with, I’ll be your advocate and counselor during every step of the way, making you feel confident with me by your side.

While my main focus is in the Brighton area, and the northern suburbs, I’m happy to work with anybody in the Boulder-Denver metro area.

Hi, I’m Michael Johnson and I have lived in Colorado since 1996. I have an awesome wife and we just celebrated our twentieth wedding anniversary. I have two incredible kids, two dogs and two cats that act like kids. I remember when my wife and I bought our first home. Home prices were rising rapidly and we wondered if we would ever be able to buy a home. I remember the challenges of saving money for a down payment and how overwhelming the process seemed. It was a struggle but the feeling of home ownership was amazing. We were no longer slaves to renting.

We had the freedom to decorate however we wanted. We were able to get two dogs without getting permission or paying a damage deposit. Nothing can replace the feeling of owning a home; but, before we could enjoy this we had to overcome the circumstances of home prices rising faster than our incomes. One thing we lacked at that time was knowledge. You’ve heard it said, “knowledge is power,” and it is. As a Realtor, I want to take that overwhelming feeling away by making you feel comfortable, informed, educated, and empowered so you can make decisions with piece of mind.
