Bio:
My name is Ann Taddeo. I am a native of Colorado and love this great state. I live in the great city of Brighton. I have three great kids, and a wonderful new husband. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working on our new home, riding our motorcycle, and sometimes a little Karaoke. After high school I attended college for 2 years with the plan to pursue a career in Social Work. I took a break to start a family, not really knowing if a career in social work was what I really wanted. I knew I loved to help others, but was unsure of the direct path I wanted to take. I began my real estate career in 1994. I finally knew how I wanted to help others. Having been through the buying and selling process several times, I knew how it felt to be in the other seat. I wanted to be able to help people realize the dream of owning their dream home. I learned what the important characteristics of a great Realtor should be. She should be experienced, honest, reliable, caring, assertive, and patient. (I don't care if we need to look at 100+ homes to find just the one you want.) I have learned so much in my 15 years in this business (I am still learning everyday), helped many people, and made many good friends along the way. My goal is to provide outstanding service and expert advice. I want to earn your trust and business through hard work, professionalism, friendship and fun. Not just today, but for life. Bio:
Born in Elgin, IL, and raised in Fort Collins, CO, I am a graduate of Metro State College with a BA in Behavioral Science. I first came to Brighton in 2005 and immediately fell in love with the people and the small town with big city amenities. I am married to the love of my life, J, and together we have 3 children; Noah 8, Seth, 7 and Isabelle 5. We own 2 homes in this beautiful town, and believe whole-heartedly in investing in our community. I enjoy reading, learning, spending time with friends and family, and improving our homes, neighborhood and community. I am on the board of my neighborhood Home Owners Association and invest a great deal of time in my subdivision. I truly feel a Realtor should be your advocate and friend before the contract; your strongest supporter during the search and/or negotiations, and a confidante and friend after the closing. In my entire professional life, I have always fought for my clients’ rights and ensured their best interests are foremost in every decision.
